Training Program Manager
The primary objective of this position is to oversee and coordinate the development and execution of training programs across various departments.
* Contribute to identifying organizational needs and participate in the creation and implementation of a comprehensive training strategy, aligned with strategic objectives.
* Ensure diligent monitoring of program performance and outcomes.
* Take charge of logistical planning for training activities, including registrations, venue management, and resource allocation.
* Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers and internal subject matter experts, ensuring high-quality educational programs.
* Participate in continuous process improvements related to training and professional development.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
* At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in training and development.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English, French, Luxembourgish. Proficiency in German is considered an asset.
* In-depth knowledge of MS Office applications.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* Aptitude for learning and adaptability, with a keen interest in pedagogy and digital tools.
* Organizational skills and a disciplined approach to budgeting.
Candidates selected will be employed as public servants under a permanent contract.
