Key responsibilities include:
* Developing strategic client relationships and collaborating with foreign experts

* Reviewing and preparing corporate legal documents
* Maintaining compliance with national and international laws and regulations
* Supervising junior staff and reviewing their work
Requirements:
* Master's degree in law and 2-3 years of experience in a corporate or legal setting
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior corporate levels
* Fluency in English; French is an advantage
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
