Technical Consultant / Technical Lead – Input Management (f/m/d)

Your job:
* Support in the implementation and optimization of Input management solutions.
* Analyze requirements and develop solution concepts and guide the implementation within the framework of input management processing.
* Document to support the developed solutions including E2E Solution, technical architecture, configuration and troubleshooting guides.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend automation strategies.
* Coordinate with project team and business, moderate meetings and present, visualize and explain complex issues in an understandable way.
Your profile:
* Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience working with Input Management Systems, ideally in consulting or development.
* Solid Knowledge of Software development and Input Management and/or ECM Systems.
* Experience with relevant programming language and Software tools:
* Expert in Paradatec PROSAR AIDA and PROKEY
* Advanced knowledge of IBM Message Queue
* SQL Knowledge and hands-on (IBM DB2, Oracle or SQL Server)
* Kofax and Open Text Capture
* Web services and REST Services
* C# .NET is an added advantage
Desired Skills:
The successful candidate will also possess some, or all, of the following:
* Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
* Strong understanding of security best practices in enterprise automation solutions
* Understanding and/or experience of Insurance business and Platforms.
* A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive is a must
