About the Role
This position is primarily responsible for providing remote technical support to key account customers and installation service providers in the European region, as well as technical support for service requests from select key consumer (C-end) users.
Responsibilities
* Technical Support: Provide remote technical support to key account customers, installers, and service providers in Europe via WhatsApp, phone, and other channels.
* Information Feedback: Collect and report market-side technical issues to support and drive continuous improvement by R&D.
* Sales & Service Collaboration: Work with the European sales and service team to provide technical support for bidding, pre-sales service requirements, and other project support.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy, or a related field.
* 3+ years of technical support or field service experience in the EV charging / energy storage / new energy industry.
Required Skills
* Familiar with the technical principles and common troubleshooting of medium-to-high power charging products.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), able to use it as a working language.
* Proficient in at least one key regional language (German or Dutch preferred).
* Excellent customer communication skills and cross-team collaboration awareness.
* Experience with ITR (Issue to Resolution) or similar ticketing/handling systems.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in key account (KA) technical support or pre-sales technical consulting.
* Electrician certification is a plus.
* Familiarity with European EV charging standards and certification systems (CE, TÜV, etc.).
* Multilingual abilities (German, French, Italian, etc.).
* Experience in technical training or team enablement.
Pay range and compensation package
