Job Description
The Analystic Administrative Specialist role involves examining, implementing, renewing, and monitoring credit files and their guarantees, including investment loans and mortgages.
* Contractual drafting of loan and guarantee documentation
* Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as the Legal Department, Credit Risk Department, and Notaries
* Following up on valuations of real estate, risk indicators, and covenants, as well as collaborating on project deployments within the Lending department
Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, managing credit risk, and providing expert advice to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, autonomy, rigor, and flexibility.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Economics, along with 5+ years of relevant experience, is required. Fluency in English and French is necessary, and in-depth knowledge of credit matters and related regulations is essential for success in this role.
