Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Administrative Assistant to support our growing Frankfurt office. This role combines office management, procurement, and reception responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a well-functioning workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
* Maintain shared areas and restock supplies (e.g. coffee machine, kitchen, beverages, snacks, office materials)
* Handle office keys and internal logistics
* Coordinate with facility management, cleaning services, and landlords, and act as the main point of contact for external service providers
* Support office setup, workspace planning, and team activities
Reception & On-site Presence
* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and deliveries
* Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment
* Support front desk and reception duties as the office grows
Key Requirements
* Fluent in Chinese and German, good English skills
* Previous experience in office management, admin, or similar roles
* Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
* Hands-on mentality with a strong sense of ownership
* Comfortable working fully on-site in Frankfurt
