Your Qualification: Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10u201315 years in consulting or industry roles within Telecommunications (Tier 1/2 operators, MVNOs, or Telco integrators). 5 years hands-on with ServiceNow (solution design, configuration oversight, and integration. Proven Business Analyst expertise: process design, requirements management, user story authoring, and acceptance criteria. Solid Project/Program Management experience (agile), managing multi-phase implementations and distributed teams. Understanding of Telco OSS/BSS (fulfillment, assurance, inventory/CMDB, network ops, field services) and TM Forum standards (eTOM, TAM, Open APIs). Experience with data and integration (REST/SOAP, event streams, CMDB strategy, monitoring tools, SNMP/telemetry, CRM/BSS).
