Your Responsibilities
* You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with focus on our Dutch market
* You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including:
o Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool
o Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners
o Proactive and transparent communication to our customers
* You ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework
* You help us to further improve our service quality and our operational excellence
* Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business
Your Profile
* University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training
* Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry
* Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations
* Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Dutch - additional languages are a plus
* Can do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area
