As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely and accurate quote-to-cash process while maintaining exceptional customer service and structured management practices.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication via email, phone, or on-site visits.
* Monitor customer growth and performance indicators such as turnover, pricing, consumption, and contract fulfillment.
* Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing updated sales forecasts and prioritizing customer-initiated projects.
* Coordinate the creation and maintenance of customer and material master data within our ERP system, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
* Proficiency in English language skills and proficiency in at least one additional language (German, Italian, Spanish, or French).
* Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a multinational industrial environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, communicative, and customer-centric individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
