* Collaborate with senior colleagues to standardise shift practices
* Implement process improvements and operational contingency tasks across the network
With a varied day-to-day schedule that includes routine team management, daily operational responsibilities, process improvement and operational contingency tasks, you will also serve as a role model and mentor to new managers.
