About the Role: As the Director of Internal Flows, you will define and implement the strategy for all internal logistics operations within plants. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a team of logistics specialists and oversee transformation projects aimed at optimizing material flow, warehouse efficiency, and intralogistics processes. The Director of Internal Flows will be responsible for: Design and implement the internal flow strategy across all European plants, aligned with global supply chain objectives. Build and lead a team of logistics specialists (7-10 professionals) to support plant operations and transformation projects. Develop standardized processes for warehouse management, material handling, and intralogistics. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Oversee automation and digitalization projects to enhance material flow and warehouse performance. Collaborate with plant managers, production teams, and supply chain leaders to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes. Define and monitor KPIs for internal flow performance and continuous improvement. Lead value stream mapping and spaghetti diagram analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize layouts. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational best practices. Act as a change leader, fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in logistics, intralogistics, or warehouse operations, ideally in manufacturing. Proven track record in process optimization and transformation projects. Experience in plants, value stream mapping, spaghetti diagrams, and reorganization. Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams. Expertise in Lean methodologies, automation, and digital logistics solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
