Research Associate - Gonad Development
Conduct research on vascular and lymphatic regulation of gonad development using zebrafish as a vertebrate model.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and conduct experiments to investigate the role of vascular and lymphatic systems in gonad development
* Develop and apply advanced methodologies such as in vivo imaging, CRISPR/Cas9-based genome editing, single-cell transcriptomics, and analysis of vascular and lymphatic mutants
* Cultivate human iPSC-derived gonadal organoids for functional analysis (dependent on project focus)
* Analyze and interpret research findings; contribute to publications and conference presentations
* Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines within the research environment
Requirements:
* M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
* Proven experience with zebrafish research, including handling and breeding techniques
* Expertise in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, DNA sequencing, and gene editing
* Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and software for data analysis
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
