Administrative assistant - warranty management m/f

Beschreibung

We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant for one of our international clients based in Contern for a 2-month mission (could be extended). The company operates in the industrial sector and manages European‑level activities from its headquarters.

You will support the team responsible for product warranty registration and documentation across European subsidiaries.

Main Responsibilities
* Support the team with international warranty registration
* Provide daily administrative assistance
* Verify and control warranty data
* Update information in the ERP system (JDE)
* Collect and record documents from European subsidiaries
* Maintain and update the file management system
Your Profile
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills in an international environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)
* Fluent in English (written & spoken)
* Experience with ERP systems (JDE is an asset)
