At bookingkit, Europe's leading booking and reservation software for tours and activities, big changes are on the horizon. Our goal by 2030 is to create an AI-powered Success Platform enabling Attractions like museums, sights, and theme parks to grow ticket sales and simplify ticket operations. And that's where you come in: to drive us forward on this exciting journey as our new structural engine marketer. This is a full-time (40h/week) position.

👤 About the Role

We are looking for a process-driven, empathetic storyteller to join our team as a Content Marketing & Distribution Manager. In this role, you will be the bridge between high-quality B2B content creation and automated pipeline generation. You write with deep empathy for our target audience, creating compelling narratives around our strategic on-site partnerships and hardware integrations. At the same time, you possess a systemic mindset: you won't just write individual pieces; you will build the automated distribution engine in HubSpot that turns those core stories into cross-channel lead generation machines.

📋 Responsibilities

  • Audience-Centric Storytelling: Write and produce original, engaging success stories, co-branded partner cases, and targeted content assets. You turn technical integration capabilities into compelling value-proof narratives that directly resonate with our B2B prospects.

  • Audiovisual & Webinar Production: Contribute to our multimedia content output. You will conceptualize, script, host, and produce high-quality audiovisual formats—specifically focusing on interactive B2B webinars, video success stories, and video walkthroughs of our partner integrations.

  • Content Engine Architecture: Build and manage the tool-stacks and logical processes to systematically repurpose core marketing assets. You take a single raw story or asset and efficiently strip it into multiple formats (blogs, landing pages, social bites) for cross-medial distribution.

  • CRM, Automation & Pipeline Marketing: Own our distribution workflows within HubSpot. You design, build, and maintain marketing automation sequences and email nurturing flows to systematically drive partner-generated leads down the acquisition pipeline.

  • Partner Marketing Project Management: Coordinate joint Go-To-Market (GTM) activities with our strategic regional and hardware partners. This includes leading the operational roadmap, setup, and performance tracking of collaborative B2B webinars.

  • AI Workflow Integration: Implement practical, daily AI-driven automation techniques to maximize your operational leverage, speed up systemic formatting, and optimize distribution workflows.

🕒 Your Day-to-Day

  • Produce relevant marketing assets based on customer pain points.

  • Monitor and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to ensure lead nurturing performance.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align content assets with current prospect pain points and sales cycle stages.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to iterate on content distribution strategies and improve conversion rates.

🧠 You Bring

  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in B2B Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Marketing Operations within a SaaS or tech environment.

  • Exceptional Writing & Empathy: You are a natural storyteller who knows how to capture an audience's attention, maintain a consistent tone of voice, and create high-converting copy.

  • Systemic Mindset: Strong affinity for technical workflows, marketing automation, and process structure over purely manual piece-by-piece execution.

  • CRM & Automation Skills: Deep, hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (specifically automated workflows, email distribution, segmentation, and lead funnels).

  • Project Management Foundation: Strong organizational skills with experience managing co-marketing tracks and digital events (like webinars) alongside external business partners.

  • Languages: Native-level or excellent professional fluency in German, combined with fluent business English (written and spoken).

  • Resilient Execution: A self-starter attitude with the human brainpower and resilience required to build new operational distribution workflows from scratch.

  • Organic Search Evolution (SEO & AEO): Foundational understanding of traditional SEO, paired with an active curiosity about Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to capture shifting AI search patterns.
