* Track and record sales in the CRM, and manage key accounts and strategic clients (hospitals, clinic networks).
* Meet individual targets and basic KPIs (sales volume, visits, active clients).
* Analyze market indicators and trends to anticipate opportunities and risks.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.
* Mentor JR an'd PL representatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Profil
Skills:
* Previous experience with silicone implants.
* Understanding of medical sales KPIs (volume, active clients, visits).
* Proficiency in strategic account and portfolio management in CRM.
* Ability to analyze market trends and competitor indicators.
* Knowledge of regulatory processes and implant traceability.
