Core Responsibilities
* Practical background in working with animal disease models and conducting preclinical in vivo pharmacological studies.
* Experienced in performing cellular immunology assays, including T-cell activation, natural killer cell cytotoxicity, and macrophage activity assessments.
* Skilled in designing, developing, and interpreting pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) models.
* Advanced knowledge of flow cytometry, cytokine measurement techniques and immune cell extraction from tissues.
* Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills, able to collaborate effectively within teams and manage competing priorities in dynamic settings.
* Track record of independently driving research projects while coordinating with multidisciplinary groups.
Required Qualifications
* Ph.D. in a Life Science discipline (e.g., Immunology, Oncology, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related area).
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex scientific concepts.
* Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
