A Snapshot of Your Day As Executive Recruiting Partner (f/m/d), you act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and take full ownership of attracting and securing top-tier executive talent.You translate business strategy into targeted executive search approaches and manage the entire search lifecycle — from defining position specifications and building tailored sourcing strategies to conducting in-depth assessments and negotiating complex offers. Your work directly shapes the future leadership of the organization.Using a data-driven approach, you provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and compensation guidance to enable informed decision-making. As the primary point of contact for both senior stakeholders and executive candidates, you ensure a seamless, high-touch experience throughout the process.You bring significant experience in executive recruiting — either in-house or within a search firm environment — combined with strong stakeholder management skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. With a strategic mindset and proactive approach, you build sustainable leadership pipelines and continuously elevate the executive search function.How You’ll Make an Impact
17. Strategic partnership and trusted advisory to senior leadership on executive talent acquisition, definition of role requirements and sourcing strategies, provision of data-driven market, competitor, and compensation insights, and support of long-term workforce planning
18. Full lifecycle management of executive recruitment from sourcing and screening to assessment, offer negotiation, and closing
19. Development and execution of innovative sourcing strategies including direct search, networking, and management of external search firms
20. Ensuring a premier candidate experience through professional communication and structured process management
21. Maintenance of accurate ATS data and analysis of recruitment metrics and historical hiring data to drive continuous improvement
22. Enhancement of employer branding initiatives for the executive talent market and continuous monitoring of trends and best practices in executive search
What You Bring
23. University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with experience gained in in-house, agency, or RPO environments
24. Long-term proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong focus on executive and senior-level recruitment
25. Comprehensive recruitment expertise including full-cycle recruitment, talent pipelining, ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter usage, and employer branding
26. Strong executive presence with proven stakeholder management, relationship building, influencing, negotiation, advising, and collaboration skills
27. Strategic and analytical capabilities including recruitment planning, forecasting, data analysis, and process improvement
28. High level of proactivity as well as business proficiency in English and preferably in German
