Tasks
* Translate business needs into functional and non-functional IT requirements, acting as a visionary for future IT Products and Services.
* Support development teams
* Collaborate with IT Product Managers to ensure developed solutions align with evolving customer needs and long-term business goals.
* Perform technical and functional design of application and infrastructure components for new solutions.
* Manage the application lifecycle, including research, design, testing, and implementation within a SAFe Agile Release Train.
* Serve as a liaison between Business Product Management and technical resources to ensure the integrity of delivered solutions.
* Ensure Built-In Quality by implementing quality requirements and engineering practices according to Digital standards.
* Produce documentation regarding current challenges, future requirements, and benefits tailored to the customer audience.
Profile
* Educational background in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a PLM or complex IT environment.
* Practical experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile methodologies.
* Knowledge of Configuration Management or Change Processes within the aviation industry is highly appreciated.
* Technical affinity, with an understanding of relational databases, Java, Service Oriented Architecture, or Angular.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for audiences ranging from senior management to developers.
* English at negotiation level is mandatory.
