We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Experience Manager m/f/d to join the global Brand Management team. The role is to champion the customer experience strategy, ensuring it is deeply embedded within the organization and consistently delivers exceptional customer delight, driving brand loyalty and business growth.
We are looking for a well-organized and structured person, able to plan and execute Customer delight projects in alignment with Mieles brand and customer experience strategy and empower cross-functional collaboration.
We need someone with international experience and perspective, who will work in a highly dynamic, diverse, and international team, shaping how Miele is perceived by customers across the globe.
Your Responsibilities
You manage cross-functional customer experience projects to leave a perceivable und relevant impact on our branded customer journey
You analyze touchpoints influence and propose Customer delight initiatives to impact the meaningfulness, difference and salience of our brand
You gather and consolidate customer feedback, analyze customer KPIs, and identify bot pain points and delight moments turning insights into actionable initiatives
You oversee pilot projects in selected markets and at key touchpoints to test und optimize new approaches that enhance the customer experience
You develop and define customer personas and representative profiles to netter understand and meet the needs and expectations of our customers
You hold a university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable field
You have professional experience in customer experience management and cross-functional project management
You work in an analytical, structured, and goal-oriented manner and are highly self-motivated
You enjoy cross-functional work as well as bringing together diverse teams und departments around a common goal
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, with confidence in bot communication and negotiation
This is a temporary contract as a maternity leave cover (apprix. 12 months)
