WE ARE HIRING: SENIOR SITE MANAGER Location: Bergrheinfeld Construction Site

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager (P3 level) to lead the execution of large-scale, complex construction projects within the energy sector. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will oversee all site activities and act as the main interface between the customer, contractors, and stakeholders. You will ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, HSE regulations, and project quality standards while driving strong execution performance on site.
You will also manage multiple workstreams, coordinate teams, and ensure seamless integration of construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as primary site interface for customers and local authorities
Lead and coordinate site workforce to achieve project milestones
Ensure clear understanding of Scope of Work (SoW) and Division of Work (DoW) across teams
Manage change requests, variation orders, and subcontractor coordination
Ensure all testing and commissioning activities meet contractual requirements
Drive strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards
Oversee quality assurance, documentation, and compliance processes
Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements
Control project schedule, budget, and cost performance
Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled to customer satisfaction
Lead execution on large EPC converter station and consortium projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Minimum 6+ years’ experience as Site Manager / Senior Site Manager in construction (energy sector or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred)
Strong experience in civil works, installation, and/or commissioning
Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and certified HSE experience
Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
Fluent in German and English (B2–C1 minimum)
Valid driving licence required
