With a strong growth trajectory and a commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. Cash Management & Forecasting Daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting (short and long term) Manage cash pooling and intercompany funding arrangements Monitor and optimise liquidity across the group 2. Treasury Operations Oversee banking relationships, maintain signatories, and ensure bank mandates are up to date Process and review payments, manage treasury-related documentation Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies 3. Financial Reporting Assist in preparation of treasury-related reports for internal and external stakeholders, including PE investors Support month-end close process and provide variance analysis on cash flows 4. FX and Risk Management Monitor foreign exchange exposure and assist with hedging strategies where necessary Collaborate with the finance team to mitigate financial risks 5. Process Improvement & Projects Drive efficiency and automation in treasury operations Support the integration of treasury functions during M&A activities Work on ad hoc strategic projects (e.g., system implementations, refinancing) Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional qualifications (e.g., CTP, ACT, CFA) a plus 1-2 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, ideally within a PE-backed or fast-growth business Strong understanding of cash management, financial instruments, and treasury systems Advanced Excel skills; experience with TMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; German language skills are highly desirable Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment What We Offer A key role in a fast-paced, growth-focused company backed by leading private equity investors Hybrid working model: 2–3 days per week on site in Baden-Württemberg Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture Competitive compensation and benefits package
