As a Site Leader, you will ensure your site runs smoothly, ensuring high-quality service to customers. You'll be responsible for leading a team that maintains operational efficiency, safety, and quality.
Key job responsibilities:
• Develop and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyze and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity levels
• Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity, and enhance service quality for customers within your area of responsibility
• Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence
• Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardize shift practices
A typical day in this role involves working on the night shift at one of our sites. Your main focus will be to own and drive a culture of safety while upholding quality and shift performance standards. You'll also oversee process improvements within your area and drive implementation.
This position requires strong leadership and communication skills. You should have experience in people management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in English and local language is essential.
