Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across both government and private sector environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management practices, with demonstrated experience managing contracts, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations in both public and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project goals. Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and reports. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, contract terms, and organizational policies. Navigate and manage both government (e.g., FAR/DFARS) and private sector contract requirements. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership and clients. Possible travel is required. Key Skills: Project Planning & Execution – Ability to define scope, set milestones, and manage timelines. Contract Management – Understanding of government (FAR, DFARS) and private sector contract structures and compliance. Stakeholder Communication – Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse teams and clients. Risk Management – Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Budgeting & Cost Control – Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting. Problem Solving – Analytical thinking and adaptability in dynamic environments. Tools & Technology – Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar). Documentation & Reporting – Skilled in preparing clear, concise project documentation and status updates. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of project management experience. Familiarity with both government and private sector contracting environments. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability in speaking and understanding English and German language. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification. Experience supporting U.S. government or military contracts. Knowledge of contract types
