Together with our more than 500 employees we develop, build, and manage renewable energy assets across the entire value chain of large-scale renewable energy projects – from solar, to onshore wind and offshore wind, to energy storage and hybrid power plants. Asa Commercial Legal Counsel your tasks will include:
Provide comprehensive legal advice to business units on all matters of commercial law, particularly in connection with commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable German, EU, and relevant international legal frameworks.
Instruct, coordinate, and oversee external legal counsel in Germany and abroad; provide support in the management of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.
5+ years’ post-qualification experience as a Commercial Legal Counsel in-house, or as a Commercial Lawyer at a corporate law firm.
~ Deep expertise in German civil and commercial contract law, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
~ Confident in navigating regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance across business operations.
