Planning and conducting consultations: Organize and structure consultation processes, maintain an overview. Recognize the needs of our patients. Appointment coordination: Plan and confirm consultations and operations via channels such as telephone, email, and WhatsApp. Documentation and billing: Create and maintain digital patient records and generate invoices for initial consultations. Communication hub: Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, and act as a central point of contact with a solution-oriented mindset. Clinic standards: Ensure order and hygiene in the consultation rooms. Inventory management: Order and manage office and medical supplies. Medical support: Assist with patient care, e.g., by creating patient records using 3D scanning technology and maintaining patient-specific calendars. Team collaboration: Communicate with front office teams at other locations. Marketing and practice development: Support marketing activities and participate in projects to improve clinic operations. Your profile Completed training as a Medical Assistant MFA, Dental Assistant ZFA, Hotel Specialist, Office Manager m/f/d with a degree in Healthcare / Management / with experience in the medical sector. Relevant experience in a high-end, customer-facing environment; medical knowledge is a plus but not required. Fluent in Dutch, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools and IT systems. Willingness to learn about specialized medical topics and software. Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication. High sense of responsibility, independence, and quality awareness.
