Administrative & Office Management Oversee daily back-office operations and ensure efficient internal processes Manage office facilities, vendors, contracts, and supplies Establish and improve internal policies and operational procedures Finance & Accounting Support Support accounting operations such as invoicing, expense management, and payment processing Coordinate with external accounting firms, auditors, and tax advisors Monitor budgets and assist in financial reporting Human Resources Operations Manage HR administration including onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records Support recruitment operations and internal HR processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies Compliance & Documentation Maintain company records, contracts, and legal documentation Support compliance with local regulations and corporate governance requirements Cross-functional Support Act as a liaison between management and internal teams Provide operational support to executives and department heads as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field 3+ years of experience in back-office, operations, administration, or similar roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Solid understanding of accounting and HR operational processes Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Benefits 30 days of vacation Permanent employment contract Full-time employment International team with many opportunities to use your language skills Dynamic and international working environment Wide range of tasks Attractive development opportunities We look forward to hearing from you!
