Then read on and apply as Scrum Master!u202f Tasks & responsibilities In your new role, you will act as Scrum Master, servant-leader and agile coach mainly for the intranet (INSITE) product team and are responsible to promote and support Scrum methods (e.g. teaching daily stand-ups, preparing and supporting sprint reviews and facilitating retrospectives, OKR sessions etc.). You will work closely with the INSITE product owner and IT capability lead as well as other product owners to ensure that goals, scope and product domain are understood by the Scrum team and provide techniques to effectively manage the product backlog. One of your responsibilities will be to scale agile in supporting and neighboring product teams (e.g. LeSS framework) Additionally, you will coach the development team in self-organization or cross-functionality to enable them to create high-value products. Utilizing your experience, you will lead and coach the organization in their Scrum adoption.
