Linguidoor is a Berlin-based professional Translation company. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic German Content Writer Intern to join our translation company's marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing within the language services industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for connecting with audiences through various digital platforms.
Tasks
1. Write engaging and SEO-optimized content in German for websites, blogs, emails, and social media.
2. Translate English content into native-level German with a focus on tone, cultural relevance, and accuracy.
3. Review and edit translated and original German texts to ensure linguistic quality and consistency.
4. Maintain brand tone and terminology guidelines across all German content.
5. Conduct research on target audiences and relevant topics to support content strategy and keyword placement.
Requirements
* Fluency in German
(native Only) and
strong proficiency in English
* Currently pursuing a
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Translation, Linguistics, Communication, Journalism, or related fields
* Mandatory internship agreement
from a university or academic institution
* Strong writing skills and an eye for detail
* Familiarity with
SEO basics
and
CAT tools
(e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar) is a plus
* Passion for language, digital content, and storytelling
