Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pathology Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to our customers.
About the Position
 * The ideal candidate will have excellent technical product knowledge and remote troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
 1. Provide first and second-level support to customers via phone and email.
 2. Manage technical support phone lines and respond to customers' questions and concerns.
 3. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely to find solutions.
 4. Work closely with internal teams to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
 5. Use CRM systems to record and track customer interactions.
 6. Participate in quality improvement projects and help enhance our service offerings.
Requirements
 * Master's, PhD, Medical Laboratory Technologist – Histopathology, or Field Service Engineer with experience in pathology laboratories.
 * Proficiency in computer and software applications.
 * Bilingual or multilingual with fluency in German, English, and optionally French.
