German-Speaking Accounting Manager - No Micro-Management
Our partner is a renowned organisation active in corporate and fiduciary services, well-established in Luxembourg and supported by an international network. With a workforce of roughly 100 to 200 professionals, the group has expanded gradually through strategic acquisitions and long-term development plans.

Due to ongoing growth and the desire to further reinforce the internal accounting setup, the company is now looking to appoint an Accounting Manager who will play a key role in supporting the finance department and future organisational needs.
Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accountancy – Tax – PFS – Finance
* Supervise daily accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely period-end closings.
* Prepare and review annual accounts under Lux GAAP, and occasionally under IFRS.
* Manage VAT returns, tax declarations, and required regulatory submissions, as well as NAV reporting.
* Coordinate annual audits and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Guide, coach, and oversee a small team, ensuring high standards and efficient workflows.
* Contribute to enhancing internal procedures and strengthening internal controls.
Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Accountancy – Tax – PFS – Finance
* At least 6 years of experience in accounting within Luxembourg, ideally in the fiduciary or corporate services sector.
* Excellent command of both English and German; additional languages are considered valuable assets.
* Bachelor-level education (FR/LU/BE) in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work with precision and autonomy; proactive mindset with strong client orientation.
* Solid background in team supervision and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
