Aufgaben
* Perform Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) for Level 4 autonomous driving systems, including HAZOP-based analysis and ODD-specific scenario evaluation
* Contribute to the development of the Functional Safety Concept (FSC) and Technical Safety Concept (TSC) in compliance with ISO 26262
* Support requirements engineering and system architecture design using IBM DOORS and IBM Rhapsody, ensuring traceability and completeness of functional and technical safety requirements
* Assist software teams in achieving compliance with ISOPart 6 for ASIL D software components, including verification and validation activities
* Support or lead the qualification of software tools according to ISOPart 8
Qualifikation
* Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in functional safety, preferably in automotive or autonomous systems
* Strong understanding of ISO 26262, especially in the context of ASIL D systems
* Proficiency in requirements engineering and system modelling tools such as IBM DOORS and IBM Rhapsody
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with ASPICE and its integration into safety-critical development workflows
* Familiarity with ISO/PAS 8800 for safety in AI-based systems
* Knowledge of ISO FDISand its application in automated driving
