YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You plan, coordinate, and develop data-driven, automated campaigns (primarily via email) that activate, retain, and monetize customers.
2. You strategically use PAYBACK coupons to build cross-channel trigger journeys.
3. You identify optimization potential through segmentation logic, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
4. You support our partners with compelling presentations and analytically grounded recommendations.
5. You independently lead strategic projects to increase efficiency and scale trigger campaigns.
6. As a Business Owner, you develop new campaign products and manage both their conceptual and technical implementation.
YOUR PROFILE
7. At least 5 years of experience in B2C marketing, ideally with a focus on designing, executing, and analyzing complex, interactive campaigns.
8. Solid technical understanding of email marketing and experience with content management systems.
9. Project management experience, ideally in cross-functional teams, along with confident stakeholder management and strong communication skills -even with external partners.
10. Analytical mindset and experience in measuring success (KPIs, A/B testing, segmentation).
11. You bring a high standard of quality, strong initiative, and a hands-on mentality - for example, to test campaigns yourself.
