What will you do?
As a Trainee CRM Consultant you will be trained to advise and support customers in the use of Salesforce. As a consultant you will be busy on a daily basis with setting up, optimizing and automating sales and service processes. You translate the customer's business processes into an IT process, whereby you arrive at a suitable solution by thinking out-of-the-box. You are in direct contact with the customer, so together you build an improved CRM environment.
The traineeship
In the 6-month traineeship, you will be trained to set up CRM environments, learn how to increase productivity within an organization and perfect business processes. Are you at a loss for words? Then an experienced colleague is always there for you. The knowledge you gain in the training program is quickly put into practice by observing a colleague's project. You support your colleague in finding a suitable solution for the customer's needs.
After the traineeship
You will complete the training program with the Salesforce Admin certification. From this point on we will guide you in the next step and you will be assigned your own projects. Here you will work under the guidance of an experienced colleague. We always look at what suits you best. Do you have an affinity with marketing? Then the next step is to obtain CRM certificates in the field of marketing, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Are you more interested in sales? Then focus on the Sales Cloud Consultant certification. During the rest of your career at GoSoniq, a lot of attention will also be paid to your personal development with, for example, coaching and the possibility of attending training courses.

* You have a completed HBO or WO education. An education in IT is not necessary, but you do have an affinity with IT, marketing and/or e-commerce;
* You enjoy advising and inspiring customers;
* You are interested in optimizing business processes;
* You have full command of the Dutch language and can express yourself well in English;
* You live in the Groningen area.
