What You Will Do
The content supply chain involves creating, managing, and distributing content to meet marketing goals. It addresses challenges like inefficient workflows, poor resource tracking, and disjointed communication, which can hinder timely content delivery. By optimizing this supply chain, companies can improve efficiency, engagement, and ensure a seamless flow from creation to customer delivery.
We are seeking a Content Supply Chain Solution Consultant who will:
* Inspire customers to favor Adobe’s Content Supply Chain portfolio (Adobe GenStudio, Experience Manager, Workfront, and Adobe’s digital media technology) through product presentations and demonstrations.
* Exhibit thought leadership and lead engagements with minimal guidance, driving discovery processes to uncover customer needs and challenges.
* Develop and implement innovative solutions at the leadership level, demonstrating how Adobe solutions can solve business challenges.
* Establish relationships internally at Adobe and with customer contacts up to C-Suite level.
* Communicate SC recommendations effectively during calls, presentations, and readouts for strategic accounts.
* Establish yourself as a technical partner and subject matter expert, providing expertise to customers.
* Demonstrate how solutions address business challenges and lead solution evaluations.
* Manage ecosystem resources and possess proficient knowledge of related technologies to position against competitors.
What You Need To Succeed
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strategic understanding of content as a service, content pipeline, management, and omni-channel delivery.
* Proven expertise and track record in technical sales of Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, Managed Services, Headless and Hybrid Web Content Management, and digital asset management solutions.
* Familiarity with Work Management solutions like Wrike and Asana.
* Experience with enterprise web content management or workflow management solutions, preferably AEM or Workfront.
* Knowledge of products like SiteCore, Magnolia, Contentful, Sprinklr, Wrike, and Asana.
* Expertise in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with web infrastructure technologies.
* +4 years of experience in digital business-driven companies.
* Excellent German & English skills, both written and spoken.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyze and solve business problems.
* Enthusiasm for digital applications (#wearecreative).
* Ability to work independently and responsibly (#wetakeresponsibility).
* Strong partnership skills and collaborative mindset (#wearehuman).
