Everest is a fast-growing deep-tech startup developing sensor technology essential for scaling negative emissions. As our Operations Assistant, you’ll be the operational backbone of the company, keeping our Berlin HQ running smoothly, managing facilities, coordinating critical shipments, and supporting core admin tasks. People & Culture Support: Coordinate candidate interviews, serve as the employee liaison for basic benefits/payroll questions, and organize company events (e.g., Basic IT & Admin: Onboard new hires (email/access), manage software subscriptions, and track company hardware assets.
Organize invoices, match receipts to credit card charges, and coordinate documentation with our accountant.
Startup Mindset: Able to effectively communicate with engineers and scientists in English and outside partners in German (delivery people, cleaning staff, etc.)
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with basic digital tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, device tracking tools) and adaptable to new software
