Role Overview:
As an HR Operations Specialist at SANY Europe, you will support daily HR operations with a strong focus on bridging communication between European entities and headquarters in China. The role covers HR administration, recruitment coordination, and contributes to building a positive organizational culture to enhance employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
* Coordinate and support recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities
* Track recruitment progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely feedback collection
* Provide support for roles requiring Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin/Cantonese)
2. HR Support for Chinese Employees
* Act as a supporting contact point for Chinese-speaking employees
* Assist in communicating company policies, benefits, and internal regulations
* Support the effective integration of Chinese employees into the local organization
3. Employee Relations
* Support the handling of employee inquiries and concerns
* Assist in facilitating communication between Chinese and European employees
* Contribute to maintaining a stable and positive employee relations environment
4. Payroll and Benefits Administration
* Support payroll-related processes, particularly for Chinese-speaking employees
* Assist in the administration of employee benefits and related HR processes
5. Training and Development
* Support the organization of training sessions and workshops
* Ensure training materials are available in Chinese and English (or other local languages as required)
6. Compliance and Documentation
* Ensure HR practices comply with European labor laws and internal company policies under guidance
* Support compliance topics related to cross-border employment and Chinese employees
7. HR Projects
* Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
* Provide support on Chinese market- or culture-related topics when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, German, and English (both written and spoken)
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (experience in a multicultural environment is a plus)
* Strong communication skills across different organizational levels and cultures
* Good understanding of both Chinese and European workplace cultures
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday or similar) and Microsoft Office tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills
* Experience in HR within a multinational company
* Basic understanding of European and Chinese labor laws and HR regulations
