Responsibilities
* Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job portals, and other recruitment tools.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
* Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong understanding of IT roles and technical requirements.
* Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
