As Director Growth & Commercial, you will architect the commercial core of one of Europe’s fastest-growing health-tech platforms.
Working directly with the CEO, you’ll shape a growth story that matters – for the business, the market, and your own legacy.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead the company’s commercial trajectory toward market leadership – with full strategic ownership of revenue, margin, and growth in the DACH region, and potential to scale across Europe.
* Build and lead a high-performing leadership team (Procurement, Category, BI, Marketing, UX, eRx) and develop it into a strategic growth engine.
* Own the company’s commercial DNA – from purchasing and pricing to assortment strategy and category expansion (e.g. Medical Cannabis, Private Label).
* Drive customer acquisition strategies and integrated commerce initiatives, aiming to exceed ambitious revenue and margin targets (>€500M).
* Leverage BI-driven insights to identify and act on growth and profitability levers.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Tech, Operations and Pharma to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
* Detect market risks and opportunities early – and design the right accelerators or mitigations.
Your Profile:
* Academic background in Business, Finance, or related fields; MBA or PhD is a plus.
* 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles – ideally in D2C, digital commerce or management consulting.
* Proven success scaling data-driven organizations in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
* Strategic thinker and hands-on executor – you know when to plan and when to push.
* Experienced people leader with the ability to inspire, challenge, and grow high-performing teams
* Fluent in German and English, with strong intercultural and international business acumen.
* Willingness to work hybrid, with regular presence in Berlin HQ.
