Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and proactive Key Account Manager for a field-based role, which will play a pivotal part in driving the strategic commercial objectives of genetic programs within your assigned territory. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will focus on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, optimizing patient care pathways, and expanding awareness of innovative RNAi therapies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about advancing groundbreaking treatments and delivering meaningful impact to patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute territory-specific account plans, including customer targeting and cycle planning, aligned with marketing strategies.
2. Achieve pre-launch and post-launch KPIs, including sales and volume targets.
3. Conduct detailed territory analysis to identify and develop key centers for diagnosis and treatment.
4. Strengthen referral networks and drive patient identification, diagnosis, and referral rates through strategic intersectoral collaboration.
5. Build trusted relationships with customers to ensure market penetration and address their needs effectively.
6. Ensure timely delivery of products and services by coordinating with internal teams and external centers.
7. Organize and manage local meetings to enhance diagnosis and treatment rates in collaboration with the Medical Affairs team.
8. Represent the company at local and national events and congresses.
9. Act as a communication link between key customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
10. Maintain accurate and timely reporting in the CRM database.
11. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
12. Travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.

Key Skills and Requirements:

13. Strong ability to develop and implement strategic account plans.
14. Advanced sales skills with a focus on consistent and effective messaging.
15. Proven experience in building and managing referral networks.
16. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with healthcare professionals.
17. Ability to analyze and assess territory-specific opportunities and challenges.
18. Proficiency in CRM tools and maintaining accurate records.
19. Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
20. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and occasionally abroad.
