We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our certification systems for sustainability, traceability, and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of certification systems and experience in managing high-level customer support. They will be responsible for co-designing and implementing our EU strategy, driving the upscale of our EU certifications, and developing and improving our EU system with regards to new legislation and market requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize Integrity Management processes, including developing and improving our integrity program.
* Support the alignment of department goals with our overall strategy.
* Organize Integrity Assessments and evaluate audit results in close cooperation with our Integrity Auditors and team.
* Management of Integrity Auditors, including scheduling, resource planning, onboarding, and invoicing.
* Share learnings from audits to improve our certification system.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as strong communication and mediation skills. You must also have a solid understanding of certification systems for bio-based fuels/low carbon fuels and knowledge of ISCC EU.
Requirements:
* University degree in bioenergy, chemistry, circular economy, bioeconomy, environmental studies, business management, economics, law, or similar.
* At least 5-7 years postgraduate professional experience.
* At least 3-year postgraduate professional experience in a relevant field (organizations/stakeholder associations) for similar topics.
* Experience with sustainability certification, labels, and/or relevant EU and/or Member State legislation.
