What you can expect: Full ownership of Business Unit (BU) BOSS or HUGO within Global Content Production team Leading content productions of major global campaigns (L-Level) Planning, execution and delivery of marketing creative assets within Global Content Production team across Consumer and Commercial marketing channels Oversee the alignment of deliverables within BU responsibility across all projects, collaborating across channels to ensure optimum workflow of projects; responsible for the prioritization, resource & budget allocation, and project timelines/deadlines to ensure all projects with BU are delivered on-time and push forward brand identity Primary day-to-day contact with Board members, Brand Creative Directors, BOSS Creative departments, external agency partners, Commercial and Consumer channel team members, and Production and Studio team (STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT L / M / S - Level) Mentor and coach for junior level manager Your profile: 5 years of experience in an agency or in-house content production team, demonstrating cross-functional understanding and impact of creative asset development University degree in Art, Graphic Design, Business and/or relevant field of study Strong communication skills Outstanding knowledge of conflict management and negotiation Large network of industry experts and partners Fluent in English required, 2nd language a plus LI-DR1 Your benefits: X We are a global company with our employees representative of the world at large.
