Your tasks
1. Take on the role of first point of contact for quality problems and customer complaints - find causes and initiate appropriate measures together with the production areas
2. Carry out quality assurance checks and measurements (incl. target/actual comparison) and document the results in a comprehensible manner
3. Manage and track blocked stock - in a structured and solution-oriented manner
4. Drive continuous improvement projects - with a focus on scrap cost reduction and efficient blocked parts management
5. Digitize production data for process approvals and in-process inspections - with a clear view of data and processes
6. Strengthen quality awareness in the team and support through clear communication and meaningful evaluations of quality-relevant key figures
Your profile
7. You have completed technical training, as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, process mechanic, toolmaker or cutting machine operator - ideally with experience in quality management or production support
8. You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, quality standards and team spirit - you remain resilient and flexible even in stressful situations
9. You are familiar with common norms and standards such as ISO 9001:2015 as well as problem-solving methods
10. You are familiar with quality tools and techniques such as 8D, Ishikawa or SPC and have them in your toolbox
11. You are confident working with MS Office and ideally have experience with SAP and CAQ systems
12. Your way of working is structured, independent and precise - you think and act with foresight
