Their services include satellite tracking, telemetry, radar station operations, and internet access. They are currently seeking highly motivated Field Sales Representatives to support the successful execution of FTTH projects in Germany and drive customer acquisition on the ground.
About the role
We are looking for high-performing sales professionals with proven experience in FTTH field sales or from any industry background who have consistently delivered exceptional results and are ready to thrive in a fast-paced telecom environment.
Responsibilities:
* Generate and convert leads within FTTH rollout zones
* Represent client offerings in the field and educate customers about FTTH benefits
* Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories
* Provide feedback and reporting to internal teams to support project execution
* Collaborate closely with on-site teams and project managers
Requirements
* Solid background in field sales
* Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
* Native level of German language and fluent English language
* Documented history of strong sales performance
