Junior Fund Administration Role
Your role will involve assisting in the drafting of fundamental corporate documents and supporting senior colleagues with administrative tasks related to fund operations. You will work on preparing shareholders' resolutions, maintaining statutory records, and handling day-to-day company operations.
In this position, you will develop your understanding of Luxembourg's financial industry and its key players, as well as gain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and fluency in English.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Finance (minimum Bachelor degree), and be eager to learn and grow with our organization.
