WHAT DO YOU DO AS A SALESMAN/WOMAN IN RETAIL?
At adidas, the customer takes center stage. Our first-class products, global presence and the expertise of our sales staff ensure a special shopping experience.
Your tasks will include advising customers, getting to know our product range and our technologies, checkout procedures and understanding our warehouse processes. In the 3rd year of training as a retail sales assistant, you will deepen your commercial, management and business knowledge.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN DURING YOUR TRAINING? YOU ...
* rotate through various departments within the adidas store and gain valuable practical experience for the future
* be a contact person and important advisor for our customers and immerse yourself intensively in varied consulting situations
* get to know different checkout processes (exchanges, complaints, billing) and familiarize yourself intensively with our products and their technologies
* participate in the promotional presentation of goods
* get to know the commercial business processes in retail and gain an insight into warehouse and merchandise management

WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
* Guaranteed employment if you perform well in the company and at vocational school as well as good promotion opportunities and above-standard pay (1st year of apprenticeship: 1294 euros; 2nd year of apprenticeship: 1396 euros; 3rd year of apprenticeship: 1424 euros)

WHAT COMES AFTER TRAINING?
After your apprenticeship, you have various opportunities for further development at adidas. Former trainees, for example, have completed further training as retailers or retail specialists and now support the store in various areas. Others have developed into Senior Sales Assistants or Floor Managers over the course of time. These are just a few of the many other opportunities you have following your training.
