Your Responsibilities
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Cybersecurity strategy as well as various roadmaps for the organization
* Portfolio management for central topics in the field of Cybersecurity (e.G., Asset and Patch Management, Information Security, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, etc.)
* Strategic resilience and crisis portfolio management (continuous development)
* Initiating and managing Cybersecurity programs that arise from the roadmap
* Support in assessing and developing Cybersecurity capabilities across the organization
* Establishing and offering organization-wide analytics capabilities in the field of Cybersecurity
* Measuring and monitoring costs, schedules, and performance of Cybersecurity initiatives
Your profile
* Completed degree in the fields of Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
* Extensive professional experience in IT portfolio management in a cross-functional environment or proven experience in leading cross-functional IT projects with stakeholders at various levels
* Experience in strategy development and/or comparable experience in a consulting environment
* Very good knowledge of principles, practices, and technologies in the field of Cyber Security;
a relevant certification (e.G., CISSP, CISM) is desirable
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills, solution-orientation and quality-consciousness
* Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication and presentation skills at all levels
* Very good English language skills;
German language skills are a plus
