You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:
6. Employee Support & Communication – Handle inquiries, manage ticketing, and maintain internal channels.
7. Administration & Budget – Oversee documentation, purchase orders, and cost management.
8. Facilities & Maintenance – Coordinate upkeep, landlord communication, and FM projects.
9. Health & Safety – Ensure compliance through documentation, training, and audits.
10. Vendor & Security Management – Manage service providers, catering, access control, and security systems.
Minimum Qualifications
11. Fluent in English and German
12. High school diploma plus 2 years of additional education
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Strong commitment to customer service
15. Highly organized and able to multitask
16. Ability to handle problems calmly and professionally
17. Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality
Desired Skills and Experience
18. Experience in workplace services or hospitality (facility management, event management, hotel environment, etc.
19. Familiarity with project management
20. General understanding of current technologies used on campus and willingness to learn future technologies
21. Affinity for space and design
22. Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively across teams
