IT Service Continuity Manager (m/f/d) Location: Munich "What matters to you?" Does working in a meaningful environment sound good to you? Your tasks You are the central contact person for IT emergency preparedness and IT recovery. You operate and further develop our ITSCM management system (standards, plans/runbooks, evidence) and work closely with business continuity management and information security officers. You will support business impact analyses (BIAs) and derive IT requirements (e.g., RTO/RPO, dependencies, restart sequence). You review continuity concepts for on-premises and cloud (including Microsoft 365 and Sovereign Cloud) and make approval recommendations to the relevant committees. You plan and coordinate recovery and failover tests, document results, and drive improvements. You coordinate service owners and service providers, ensure robust testing and verification, and consistently escalate deviations. You report regularly on maturity, test coverage, findings, and continuity risks. Your profile You have experience in ITSCM, BCM, or IT operations with responsibility for emergency/recovery, testing, or service governance. You have a very good understanding of outsourcing and provider management (SLA/contracts, evidence, audit and test requirements). You are familiar with cloud and hybrid operating models and the shared responsibility principle; Microsoft 365 experience is a plus. You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and remain capable of acting even in critical situations. You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and create audit-proof, precise documentation. Ideally, you have relevant certifications/qualifications, e.g., ISO 22301/BCM, ISO 27001, ITIL.
