As the new Marketing Manager and help the hotel soar to new heights!
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind their revenue maximization efforts, working closely with regional sales and brand teams to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing plan
2. Manage the marketing budget efficiently
3. Develop tailored concepts for seasonal offers in rooms and F&B
4. Coordinate external advertising activities across various channels
5. Evaluate sponsorships, influencer collaborations, and advertising effectiveness
6. Oversee photo shoots and content creation to keep our materials fresh and engaging
7. Create compelling digital and print advertising materials
8. Collaborate with HR on employer branding initiatives
What I am Looking For:
9. At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality
10. Proficiency in MS Office, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
11. Excellent German and English communication skills
12. A keen eye for social media trends and a creative flair
13. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
14. Team player with a passion for innovation
15. Genuine enthusiasm for the hotel industry environment
