Qualifikationen: Professional experience across industries plus 7 years of professional experience in Pharma/MedTech/Life Science industry; or 7 years of professional experience in Pharma/MedTech/Life Science industry * Technical implementation experience in SAP-Hana, Salesforce in commercial projects * Strong domain know how of pricing, contracting and tender management process from a business perspective esp from other major Pharma and Life Sc companies * Clear understanding of commercial data and KPIs * Client engagement and consulting experience in US and Europe * Profound documentation and presentation skills * Independent, process- and result-oriented way of working * Excellent communication and Microsoft skills * Fluency in the English language is required, any additional languages are an advantage * Master Degree Responsibilities: This assessment project will focus on conducting a comprehensive review of existing process and tools in 3 countries (including US) on Pricing and Commercial Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), developing a standard integrated gross to net mapping. The initiative will also deliver price policy support, including the development and documentation of core pricing, contracting principles and governance standards. To ensure alignment and high quality outputs, the project will involve regular stakeholder discussions, facilitated meetings, and targeted workshops across functional teams. The engagement will be executed through a blended onsite-offshore delivery model and is expected to span approximately 4-5 months, culminating in a clear set of recommendations, process insights, and implementation ready documentation.
